Pragmatic IC LLC does not publicly disclose its specific portfolio holdings. We believe that publicizing active positions encourages short-term speculation and "ticker-watching," which fundamentally contradicts our long-term, owner-oriented philosophy. Detailed holding reports and execution metrics are reserved exclusively for approved members. However, the Company’s capital is strictly allocated across three primary categories:
Wide-Moat Public Franchises
We seek fractional ownership in world-class, inflation-resistant enterprises possessing durable competitive advantages, immense scale, and highly rational management teams. We only acquire these businesses when the market offers a clear margin of safety. Once acquired, our preferred holding period is forever.
Duration-Protected Fixed Income
We maintain a fortress portfolio of high-quality corporate debt. This portfolio generates organic yield and serves as the unencumbered collateral base for our Maturity Transition Operations (MTO)—providing the highly disciplined "dry powder" necessary to act aggressively during broad market panics.
Private Commercial Real Estate
We selectively deploy capital into private, structured commercial real estate syndications that offer strong structural defenses, competent sponsorship, and insulation from volatile macroeconomic cycles.
